ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed by 12pm on any working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be process and dispatched the same day. In the event of a high volume of orders we reserve the right to send any shipments on the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm on any working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched on the following working day. Please note that this means any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed until the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

We will send an order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout after order completion. 

We will send an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.

Please note that we cannot guarantee safe delivery nor accept liability for late delivery, as we are relying on third party couriers. When possible, we advise that you place your order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Please note that it is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone who is not 18 years old or over. By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying as a gift, the recipient must also be over 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the alcohol is unable to produce an appropriate form of ID, our couriers will be unable to deliver the alcohol.

We currently deliver to the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including the Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

UK DELIVERY COSTS

We offer:

A single bottle delivery service to the UK mainland via Royal Mail with typical delivery times of 24hrs (£8.99) and 48hrs (£7.49) respectively.

A courier service to the UK mainland for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 24hrs for £9.99.

A courier service to the UK mainland for Saturday deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 24hrs for £11.99.

A courier service to the Scottish Highlands for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 48hrs for £11.99.

A courier service to the Scottish Islands (including the Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Islands), for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 48hrs for £14.99.

A courier service to Northern Ireland for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 48hrs for £13.99.

A courier service to the UK Islands (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey) for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 48hrs for £13.99.

We encourage larger orders to help keep per item shipping costs and associated carbon emissions to a minimum. 

Depending on your order size, we will choose a suitable shipping box. Whether it is a small box with 1 or 2 compartments, or a large box with 15 compartments, you pay a fixed price per box. Therefore, the more you order, the lower the shipping costs and emissions associated with each item.
