Is your site secure?

Yes, our website is hosted by Shopify. 

Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, as are all stores powered by Shopify. 

What is PCI? The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. If you want to sell online and accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover, your software and hosting needs to be PCI compliant.

Is my privacy assured?

Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We only use any information you supply to us lawfully and for the purposes of your transaction with us, in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. 

Your details will never be sold by us to any other companies.


What is your order cutoff time?

12pm on any working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

How long will it take to get my delivery?

Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout, these typically range between 24hrs and 48hrs. See order cut-off times above.

Can you deliver tomorrow in the UK?

Yes (for the UK Mainland only), as long as we have the item in stock, and the order is placed before 12pm on any working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

We offer a single bottle delivery service to the UK mainland via Royal Mail with a typical delivery times of 24hrs.

For larger orders, we also offer a courier service to the UK mainland for weekday (Monday to Friday) deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 24hrs.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes (for the UK Mainland only), as long as we have the item in stock, and the order is placed before 12pm on the Friday before (excluding public holidays).

We offer a courier service to the UK mainland for Saturday deliveries (up to 15 bottles), with a typical delivery time of 24hrs.

Is there a minimum order?

No, we are happy to ship just one bottle. Though we encourage larger orders to help keep per item shipping costs and associated carbon emissions to a minimum.

Can I send my order to an address different to my billing address?

Yes, just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the “Delivery” section when you are placing your order.


Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be sent a tracking number to your email address or to your mobile where you will then be able to track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number.

Yes, we will send you an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.

If you click on the link in the email it will redirect you to the tracking, or you can copy the tracking number and manually insert it on the couriers website below.

Where is my order confirmation?

We will send an order confirmation to the email address given at the checkout after order completion. 

If you can’t find your email, do double check your junk folder. Please add us to your safe senders list to prevent this for future orders.


Do the bottles come in a presentation box?

No, presentation boxes typically go straight into the recycling or worse, the bin. To save on the associated carbon emissions, we have made the decision not to provide presentation boxes.


Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely and it is free of charge to do so! A gift note can be added as an accessory when reviewing your basket prior to checkout.

If you miss this step, just contact our customer service team and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is dispatched.


Can you gift wrap?

Unfortunately we are unable to gift wrap as our main aim is to ensure all bottles are securely wrapped for transportation and they arrive unbroken and in perfect condition. We (do not include) will never include any receipts or invoices with your order to ensure surprise gifts aren't spoiled.


Which couriers do you use?

We use various couriers depending on the order size and destination. 

We use primarily use Royal Mail for single bottle orders and DPD and DHL for larger orders.


Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO boxes. If we notice your address is for a PO Box, we will contact you to either arrange an alternative address or issue a refund.


Do you ship internationally

No, unfortunately, we do not offer international deliveries at this time. We are working on this and will add other countries as soon as possible.


Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your address for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to change the shipping address.


Do I have to sign for my parcel?

No, all deliveries are contactless.


What happens if I am not in to receive my parcel?

If you are unable to personally receive your parcel then a card will be posted by the courier explaining where and when the parcel has been taken. This may be with a neighbour, in a designated safe place, or with your local depot. 

If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us, which incurs a double charge, we reserve the right to charge the buyer this fee and any re-shipping fee. Please see our Terms of Service. If you let us know with your order, we can ask the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe part of your property. This is offered on the understanding that any parcels so left are at your own risk.
