A WHITE SCOTSMAN

INGREDIENTS:
— 45ml Cock O’ the North
— 50ml Cold Coffee
— 50ml Vodka
— Milk to Taste

METHOD:
— Add Liquids
— Shake it up
— Strain/Pour over cubed Ice
— Add Coffee Bean Garnish

DESSERT

SWEET ADDICTION

On vanilla ice cream - addictive.

INGREDIENTS:
— 200g Ginger snap biscuits (crushed)
— 50g Butter (melted)
— 2 x 250g Mascarpone cheese
— 40g Icing suger (sifted)
— Finely grated zest & juice of 2 limes
— Cock o' the North Whisky Liqueur (to taste, around 4 shots)

METHOD:
— Mix biscuits & butter, press into a 7" tin, and chill
— Beat Mascarpone, icing sugar, lime zest & juice.
— Add Cock O' The North (approx. 4 shots).
— Spread over biscuit base.
— Spread over base, chill 30 mins … enjoy
